Korean music plays in our stores, and our shelves (as well as our online shop) always offer the latest, trendiest and best K-Beauty products.

Through our brand Yeppo & Soonsoo, we operate both online and with physical stores in Finland and Sweden – and now we are entering the German market!

Your role

As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of our store in the Mall of Berlin. You lead and motivate your team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance.

Your tasks

• Leadership, training and motivation of the store team to achieve the set goals.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and an inspiring shopping experience
• Planning duty rosters, reporting, and daily administrative tasks
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with the head office on reordering.
• Sales growth and implementation of strategies to improve store performance

Your profile

• Experience as a store manager or in a management position in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and especially K-beauty
• Organized, results-oriented and proactive work style
• Languages: German and English (the company language is English)
